Beautiful Henry Schlevogt Pressed Malachite Green Solid Aquamarine Crystal Vase "Ingrid". This vase was originally produced in the 1930s by Hoffman & Schlevogt. The designer is Frantisek Pazourek, with manufacturing by Heinrich Hoffman & Henry Schlevogt in the Czech Republic.
A breathtaking high quality satined crystal tinred green and marbled for a malachite finish in stylish Art Deco design. The mold was originally made by Lalique, then used as a model for this piece made in Bohemia from these original molds.
CONDITION: This vase offers a top quality crystal vase with raised figures of rousing bacchants around the full circumference with excellent colors variations and details. The vase is 6" (15.3 cm) tall x 3.25" W (7 cm) the widest part, and 2.5" at the base. No chips, cracks, scratches, or other detractors. Even the base appears to have very little scuffing.
The color is amazingly beautiful as the thicker areas appear darker while the "stem" area of the base is thinner providing an eliminating affect that is spectacular. This is perfect for a small area needing a punch of interest or as a gift for art lovers.
